James Maskill

About
James is a Senior Consultant and founding member of the Huskar team. Having graduated with a First-Class degree from the University of Cambridge, he brings considerable experience supporting NGO, private, and governmental clients internationally, with a particular focus on the Middle East, Africa, and the Pacific Islands. James further brings extensive data science capabilities through postgraduate study at the University of Leeds, helping clients to collect, analyse, and act in a data-led capacity.. James is a native English and fluent French speaker.

Yasmina Fakhoury

About
Yasmina is a Regional Lead who has successfully supported numerous projects in the Middle East region including multi-country evaluations. This work has extended to support for both NRC and ActionAid, alongside numerous local CSOs and NGOs. As a fluent English, Arabic, and French speaker, Yasmina has demonstrated her ability to effectively leverage her educational and linguistic competence to undertake high-quality field research across a breadth of stakeholder groups.
